The sales of Meredith Corp.'s broadcasting and magazine divisions closed on Wednesday, 12/1/21. Following a shareholder vote, Meredith sold its 17 local TV stations to Atlanta-based Gray Television for $2.8 billion. Meredith then spun off its magazine division to a separate company, which New York-based Dotdash purchased for $2.7 billion.
