The investment objective of the International 500 Volatility Weighted Index ETF seeks to replicate the CEMP International 500 Volatility Weighted Index. The Index represents the broad developed (excluding US) large cap stock market and is designed to provide a combination of higher returns and lower risk compared to traditional market capitalization weighted indexes. The Index universe begins with all publicly traded stocks domiciled in developed countries outside of the United States then screens for all companies with consistent net positive earnings for four consecutive quarters.
